The Rowley Fire Department would like to thank the German Shepherd Dog Club for their generous donation of pet oxygen masks. Our furry friends will be a little safer!
Household pets are often unable to escape homes on their own and are at high risk of suffering from smoke inhalation during a fire.
With this donation, our firefighters are now better equipped to render aid to those pets. The kit consists of three masks of different sizes which can fit animals from small cats to large dogs. The cone-like shape of the masks are specially designed to fit their muzzles and snouts and will allow for better oxygen delivery.
